L2 Deskside Support Technician
Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Louisville, KY.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of combined experience

Experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems, and desktop software
-
Ability to prioritize several concurrent issues
-
Ability to track, maintain, and organize electronic equipment inventory
-
Strong customer service skills
-
Ability to move at a quick pace
-
Be proficient in supporting the following technologies:
-
Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting
-
Proficient using Windows registry
-
Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue
-
Printers
-
Office 365
-
Desktop imaging
-
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
