Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Louisville, KY.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of combined experience

• Experience in desktop and notebook hardware, operating systems, and desktop software

• Ability to prioritize several concurrent issues

• Ability to track, maintain, and organize electronic equipment inventory

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to move at a quick pace

• Be proficient in supporting the following technologies:

  • Windows 10 Operating System advanced troubleshooting

  • Proficient using Windows registry

  • Hardware troubleshooting with the ability to pinpoint hardware vs. software issue

  • Printers

  • Office 365

  • Desktop imaging
