Join !Our client has a brand-new opportunity for a qualified Level 2 Technician to join their team onsite in Manchester, NH. This role requires regular travel to other client locations in Lincoln, Londonderry, and Littleton, NH. All mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in deskside PC support, customer service, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Ability to provide independent support with minimal oversight

Previous experience assisting with IT implementations is preferred

Hands-on experience with the following:
-
Windows operating systems
-
Some experience supporting Mac devices
-
Imaging desktops and laptops
-
Active Directory knowledge
-
Managing workload through ITSM ticketing systems
-
Proficiency with MS Office 365 suite, including MS Teams

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
