Level 1 Support Technician

team.Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Ridgefield Park, NJ and provide end-user support. Fluency in Korean language is preferred (not required).
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required

Stage and build systems
-
Complete special projects as requested

Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Good communication skills
-
Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
-
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems

Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
-
iOS and Android working knowledge
-
Good customer support skills
-
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
-
Walk-up and remote support service experience
$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
