Level 1 Support Technician
Our client is currently seeking an up and coming IT professional to work in a fast-paced team environment as a Level 1 Support Technician. You will join their team onsite in Plano, TX and provide end-user support. Top Candidates will have technical and customer service skills as well as strong commitment, follow-through, and reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required

Image and configure systems
-
Complete special projects as requested
-
Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
-
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
-
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
-
Walk-up and remote support service experience
-
iOS and Android working knowledge
-
Good communication skills
-
Good analytic / troubleshooting skills

Good customer support skills
