Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance.Our client is currently seeking a qualified Tier 2 Video Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA and provide end-user support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive video conference rooms and Surface Hub systems uptime utilizing daily checks
- Respond quickly to incidents and assist in person
- Perform video conferencing hardware and systems repair and build
- Open, manage, and close / escalate incidents in ServiceNow
- Monitor incident and preventative maintenance queue
- Drive systems uptime
- Continuously improve, train, and shadow
- Minimum 2+ years of IT experience
- Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to follow directions and be dependable
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and travel the building on foot
- Will be working with basic set of tools
The hourly rate for this position is between $22.00 - $32.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
