Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance.Our client is currently seeking a qualified Workspace Technical Support Agent to join their team onsite in Atlanta, GA and provide end-user support. This role will provide essential support to users of the WorkSpace platform, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with system implementations. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, user account management, and software troubleshooting, with a strong ability to follow processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:

User Access Management
- Add, remove, and adjust user permissions and assignments
- Reset passwords and manage notification settings
- Cross-check and modify assignments, release invoices, and reassign work orders
- Ensure appropriate AP replacements are in place before removing user access

Spaces Management
- Combine, split, and edit rentable square footage (RSF)
- Assign spaces to tenants, resources, equipment, and common areas

Tenant Administration
- Add, remove, and assign tenants to spaces
- Manage tenant user accounts and permissions
- Investigate and resolve access issues

Document Management
- Upload and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), invoices, and other attachments

Accounting Support
- Provide intake email address information for accounting purposes

Implementation Support:
- Import Property and Facility, Accounting, and Preventive Maintenance (PM) templates
- Review and resolve import errors
- Activate and assign Preventive Maintenance Work Orders (PM WO's)
- Define work pools for streamlined task assignment
- Assist in launching welcome emails for new users
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in technical support, software administration, or IT helpdesk roles
- Strong understanding of user access management and permissions
- Experience working with property management or facility management software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting workflows (preferred but not required)
- Ability to analyze and resolve import errors and software configuration issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
The hourly rate for this position is between $22.50 - $36.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
