Desktop Analyst

Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance.Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Analyst to join their team onsite in Atlanta, GA, and will provide support for all end-user technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and resolve incidents with desktops, laptops, tablets, cell phones, and handheld devices
- Walk-up support, taking calls from field personnel, and working in a ticketing system
- Support Windows 95% and Macbooks 5%
- Support for handheld Zebra scanners and tablets and other hardware
- Procure, configure, and deploy end user technology as appropriate to support business needs
- Track assets as they progress through the hardware life cycle
- Experience with Intune, ServiceNow, Active Directory, ADManager plus
- Experience with MS Teams and Kaseya, will be used for remote support
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills required
- Audio / visual equipment support experience is a plus for this role (Not required)
Wage Range:
The hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 - $38.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
