Windows Systems Administrator (PowerShell Scripting)

We are currently seeking a Windows Systems Administrator (PowerShell) to join our client's team for a remote position. This is a 12 month contract opportunity with possibility of conversion. The ideal candidate must reside on the East Coast and work EST hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform remediation actions of physical and virtual devices, and the packages that are left behind

• Resolve issues with outdated or malfunctioning packages and fix vulnerabilities

• Remediate the applications / software causing vulnerabilities and send uninstalled scripts to source the file systems to strip old applications

 
Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be highly skilled in PowerShell Scripting creation and manipulation

• High-Level knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 and understanding of Windows client machines

• Strong knowledge of applications packages

• Knowledge of security updates work

• Knowledge of registry and file systems
