Level 3 Desktop Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting C Level Executives
-
Providing Apple support, A / V support
-
Performing project duties, MDM, and inventory management
-
Assisting vendors with Teams and app space configuration and setup
-
Providing reliable and consistent support to client staff
-
Providing support to the Field Technicians
-
Providing cell phone support
-
Meraki / deploying cell phones to corporate executives on various providers
-
Troubleshooting MAC / Dell laptop, desktop, or PCs
-
Working with end-users to resolve issues
-
Providing updates to management as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience
-
A+ certification is a plus
-
Dell / Lenovo / Mac knowledge is a plus
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Hardware break-fix experience
-
Installing / deploying experience
-
Client facing / executive customer service experience
-
Experience troubleshooting and performing preventative maintance of site
-
Warranty Dell support knowledge
