We offer jobs with Fortune 1000 companies nationwide AND invest in your career development using our leading-edge training program.Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Level 2 Field Service Technician to join their team onsite in Omaha, NE and provide unparalleled technical support to 5+ stores on a weekly basis. This Technician will travel within a radius of 50 to 125+ miles daily, depending on the area and specific route, and is required to have a valid driver’s license. This resource will be provided with a company vehicle and tools necessary to complete work.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Support client IT / Data problem tasks
-
Deliver support and resolution for daily technical requirements
-
Proficient in AC / DC and backup power concepts
-
Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
-
Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily

Demonstrate prompt completion of projects and tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1+ years of technical support experience
-
Experience desired in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectors

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent time management and reporting skills
-
Will occasionally work at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment training provided

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Strong communication skills

CAT6 Networking knowledge (punchdown and terminations)
